US-Bangla special flights to repatriate Bangladeshis stranded in Dubai
The first special flight will depart Dhaka for Dubai on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at 7:20pm (BST). The return service will leave Dubai at 12:20am (local time) for Dhaka
US-Bangla Airlines has launched a humanitarian initiative to assist Bangladeshi nationals stranded in the United Arab Emirates amid the ongoing Middle East crisis. The airline will operate two special flights on the Dhaka–Dubai–Dhaka route to facilitate the safe return of the expatriates.
The first special flight will depart Dhaka for Dubai on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, at 7:20pm (BST). The return service will leave Dubai at 12:20am (local time) for Dhaka.
The second special flight will depart Dhaka for Dubai on Thursday, 5 March 2026, at 5:15pm (BST). The return flight will leave Dubai at 10:00pm (local time) for Dhaka.
The services will be operated using a 436-seat Airbus A330-300 aircraft, ensuring sufficient capacity for passengers requiring urgent travel. The flight numbers are BS-341 (Dhaka to Dubai) and BS-342 (Dubai to Dhaka).
Dubai airport authorities have granted special permission to US-Bangla Airlines, along with other international carriers such as Emirates and Air India, to operate these humanitarian flights in view of the prevailing situation.
Priority will be given to Bangladeshi nationals whose visas have expired or are close to expiry, ensuring timely repatriation and relief for those facing uncertainty abroad.
