A two-day celebration of Korean innovation and culture, ‘K-Goods Festa 2026’, is currently underway at the East Court of Jamuna Future Park, drawing large crowds eager to experience the best of South Korea’s commercial and cultural offerings.

The event, jointly organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Bangladesh and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), was officially inaugurated by Kim Ji-Joon, ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Bangladesh. Among the attendees were Jungmin Jung, managing director of Samsung Bangladesh, and Saad Bin Hasan, general manager of the Mobile Business Division at Samsung Bangladesh, along with other senior officials from the tech giant.

As a premier participant in the festival, Samsung Bangladesh has significantly elevated the visitor experience by offering exclusive event-only rewards and showcasing its cutting-edge 'AI Living' ecosystem. Walk-in consumers visiting the Samsung booth are being provided with special discount coupons, which can be redeemed at designated retail outlets to unlock attractive cashback offers across a wide range of Samsung products.

Festival-goers looking to upgrade their home appliances can enjoy BDT 5,000 cashback on select consumer electronics by presenting their coupons at Transcom Digital showrooms in Dhaka. Meanwhile, mobile and tablet enthusiasts are eligible for instant cashback ranging from BDT 500 up to an impressive BDT 107,999 on select Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tabs, with these mobile offers redeemable exclusively at Samsung's Jamuna Future Park branches.

Beyond the commercial incentives, the Samsung booth features an immersive experience zone where visitors can explore the brand's latest AI-powered innovations. Highlights include the Samsung 85" Neo QLED TV with 8K AI Upscaling Pro, the 9 KG Front Loading Washing Machine with AI Ecobubble, and the country's first French door refrigerator equipped with built-in AI capability, offering a glimpse into the future of smart home living.

Running from June 19–20, the K-Goods Festa aims to strengthen bilateral trade ties while providing Bangladeshi consumers with an immersive gateway to Korea's leading brands. Beyond electronics, the festival features a vibrant showcase of premium cosmetics, skincare products, lifestyle essentials, authentic Korean cuisine, and captivating cultural performances, making it a must-visit attraction for families, tech enthusiasts, and food lovers alike.
