Leaders Forum BD (LFB), a platform of corporate professionals, hosted a lively 'Baishakhi Adda' on Saturday, bringing together members of Dhaka’s corporate world to celebrate Bangla New Year 1433.

The event was hosted on the premises of the LFB Club House at Gulshan-1, where diverse corporate minds from different sectors gathered for an evening of networking, cultural exchange and informal interaction.

The programme featured traditional Baishakhi music, friendly conversations and interactive sessions, creating a lively atmosphere centred on connection and collaboration among members.

Khandaker Kabir, founder and president of LFB, was present at the event alongside M Aminul Islam, editor of Aviation and Tourism Times, and dozens of LFB members.

Participants included senior executives, entrepreneurs and professionals from industries such as aviation, tourism, banking, business and corporate services.

Organisers said the event aimed at strengthening professional ties while promoting a sense of community within the corporate ecosystem.

Founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 period, LFB has grown into a platform of more than 5,000 members, focusing on leadership development, skill-building and professional networking, and fostering collaboration.

The forum regularly organises training sessions, knowledge-sharing events and its flagship Leadership Excellence Summit to recognise outstanding corporate contributions.
