Civil aviation minister Afroza attends Indian HC iftar
Diplomatic community and other distinguished guests also joined the event
Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afrozа Khanom (Rita) Saturday attended an iftar hosted by the Indian High Commission in Bangladesh at the InterContinental Hotel in Dhaka, says a press releases from the ministry.
According to the press release signed by Tarikul Islam, Information and Public Relations Officer of the ministry, Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pranay Kumar Verma and his spouse Manu Verma welcomed the minister at the event and congratulated her on assuming responsibility at the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.
Representatives from the diplomatic community and other distinguished guests were also present at the iftar, the release added.
