Peninsula Chittagong launches 10-day ‘Shorot Utshob’

The Peninsula Chittagong has launched ‘Shorot Utshob’, a 10-day culinary festival celebrating traditional Bengali cuisine, the arrival of autumn and the festive spirit of the Puja season.

The festival runs from October 15 to October 24 at Laguna Restaurant on the hotel’s fifth floor. Guests can sample authentic Bengali delicacies prepared by the hotel’s chefs in a setting inspired by the colours and traditions of the season.

Mustafa Tahseen Arshad, director of The Peninsula Chittagong, formally inaugurated the festival at a ceremony attended by the hotel’s departmental heads and associates.

Bringing together the charm of autumn and the spirit of festive gatherings, Shorot Utshob’ showcases Bengal’s culinary heritage and traditional flavours. The festival aims to bring families and friends together over a shared dining experience.

Guests can enjoy the festive buffet under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer priced at BDT 3,900 net or a Buy 1 Get 3 offer priced at BDT 6,000 net. Exclusive offers on selected bank cards will also be available throughout the festival.

The Peninsula Chittagong notified the promotions are intended to give guests an opportunity to enjoy the flavours of Bengal while creating memorable moments with family and friends during the festive season.
