NOVOAIR, Electra sign MoU for mutual customer benefits
Under the agreement, NOVOAIR passengers will receive special discounts on products and services at Electra International outlets

One of the country's private carriers, NOVOAIR Limited, and electronics and home appliance company Electra International have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide exclusive benefits to their respective customers, the airline said Wednesday.
The agreement was signed at Electra International's office in the capital, where NOVOAIR's Director (sales and marketing) Sohel Mazid, and Electra International's Executive Director, Shahid Ahmad Abdullah, signed on behalf of their organisations. Senior officials from both sides were present at the ceremony.
Under the agreement, NOVOAIR passengers will receive special discounts on products and services at Electra International outlets. The two companies will also jointly run customer service initiatives under the partnership framework.
"NOVOAIR always endeavors to take new initiatives to ensure better service for our customers," said Sohel Mazid. "Through this agreement, both organizations will work together to improve customer service, offer exclusive deals, and expand business operations."
NOVOAIR currently operates daily flights from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Saidpur.
