InterContinental Dhaka hosts 10-day food festival

Following an overwhelming appreciation of Meats & Beats Unlimited in 2025, InterContinental Dhaka and Bengal Meat have brought back this one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience.

Guests can look forward to an indulgent feast of unlimited premium steaks, delectable sides and captivating live music, all set against the sophisticated ambience of The Amber Room, the hotel's signature steakhouse, says a press release.

Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan Muhammad Wasif; Bangladesh Services Ltd Managing Director Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman Bhuiyan; Bengal Meat CEO AFM Asif; Bangladesh Services Ltd Company Secretary Mohammad Mozammal Hoque; InterContinental Dhaka General Manager David O’Hanlon; InterContinental Dhaka Executive Chef Julean Sitol Botlero; InterContinental Dhaka Director of Marketing Saadman Salahuddin, along with senior officials of the hotel and media personnel, attended the inauguration ceremony of the food festival, styled 'Meats & Beats Unlimited: Volume 2', at InterContinental Dhaka on 20 August last.

Crafted especially for meat lovers, the food festival will run from 20 to 29 August at The Amber Room.

The lavish spread features an impressive selection of premium cuts, including beef tenderloin, rib-eye, prime rib, T-bone, brochette and brisket, complemented by an array of homemade sauces such as Hollandaise, Mushroom, Pepper, BBQ and Chimichurri.

The feast extends beyond the steaks, with an enticing selection of sides including jacket potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and saffron rice, alongside an assortment of cold cuts, salads, soups, desserts and fresh fruits. Adding to the experience, guests can enjoy live music performances every evening throughout the festival.
