Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh Ghanashyam Bhandari met Biman Bangladesh Airlines Chairman Rumee Hossain and the airline's Managing Director and CEO Kaizer Sohail Ahmed on Wednesday morning to discuss strengthening aviation ties between Nepal and Bangladesh.

During the meeting, the officials explored opportunities to enhance air connectivity between the two countries, including the possibility of expanding Biman's operations to Nepal's newly developed international airports.

They also exchanged views on making Biman Bangladesh Airlines' fares on the Dhaka-Kathmandu route more affordable for travellers.
