According to a press release signed by the society's General Secretary, Supin Barman, the workshop was held from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm with technical support from the District Shilpakala Academy. The event concluded successfully with the participation of 30 selected participants from across the country.

Filmmaker Zafar Muhammad served as the chief trainer, while Khaled Saiful Haque, Senior Editor at Deepto TV, was one of the trainers. Dr Ahmed Abdullah, Director of the Rangpur Region of the Department of Archaeology, delivered a discussion on archaeology and cinema.

A closing ceremony was held after the workshop. The discussion and closing session, chaired by M Rahman Sagar, was attended by Bogura Press Club General Secretary Kalam Azad, JASAS Bogura District President Wahid Murad and Uchcharan Academy President Advocate Palash Khandaker as guests.

At the beginning of the discussion, Supin Barman delivered the welcome address. As President Poushram Sarkar was unable to attend, he joined online, thanked everyone and announced that all participants would receive e-certificates.
