Nagad users to receive 10% discount on Novoair air tickets

Novoair, one of the country’s private carriers, and Nagad, the mobile financial service of the Bangladesh Postal Department, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) offering Nagad customers a 10 percent off on Novoair tickets.

The agreement was signed at Nagad’s head office on October 15. Nagad was represented by Chief Commercial Officer Mohammad Shahin Sarwar Bhuiyan and Head of Business Sales Md Saidur Rahman Dipu. Novoair was represented by Director of Marketing and Sales Sohel Majid and Assistant Manager Mazharul Kabir. Senior officials from both organisations were also present.

Under the agreement, Nagad customers can receive discount on tickets to all Novoair destinations by purchasing them at the airline’s own sales counters across the country. The offer will remain valid until December 31, with no blackout periods, allowing customers to use the discount at any time during the offer period. Nagad account holders can also purchase multiple tickets for family members.

‘Making customers’ lives easier and more affordable’ is Nagad’s main goal, said Mohammad Shahin Sarwar Bhuiyan. He said the partnership aims to make air travel more accessible by allowing customers to travel at a lower cost throughout the year without hassle.

Sohel Majid said Novoair was committed to providing passengers with the highest quality of service. He added that the airline was pleased to offer additional benefits on ticket purchases through the partnership, which he said would encourage more people to travel by air.

Novoair currently operates regular daily flights from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet and Saidpur.
