Biman resumes direct Dhaka-Narita flights

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has resumed direct flights on the Dhaka-Narita route from Sunday midnight, following a suspension of more than a year, Biman officials said.
Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam inaugurated the resumed direct service after midnight.
The resumption of the route is expected to strengthen passenger and commercial connectivity between Bangladesh and Japan while making travel between the two countries more convenient after the prolonged suspension.
