Plane crash in South Sudan’s capital Juba kills 14

A Cessna aircraft crashed Monday on the outskirts of the South Sudanese capital of Juba, killing all 13 passengers and the pilot, the civil aviation authority said.
The authority said preliminary reports indicate that the plane arriving from Yei town may have crashed due to weather conditions that caused poor visibility, reports Associated Press.
It said the dead included two Kenyans, and the rest were South Sudanese.
The authority said a team was dispatched to the site about 20 kilometers (12 miles) outside Juba.
Videos of the crash site shared on social media showed remains of the aircraft in flames. The location shown appeared hilly and misty.
